I own Battery 3 as well as KOMPLETE ULTIMATE. I've been using Battery 3 for several years (since it came out), but after installing KOMPLETE ULTIMATE 11 with Native Access, my computer cannot seem to find the activation info for Battery 3. I get the prompt about activating, buying, or running in demo mode.

Users//Library/Preferences /Library/Preferences I had a similar problem while installing KOMPLETE ULTIMATE, and I finally shifted some preference files from one library to the next and everything worked. But now I can't remember which library is the right one, and which file is the one I need to have in that library. Any thoughts? Which file do I need where to get the computer to recognize my Battery 3 activation?

I'm on a Mac, OS X 10.9.5. Gregory Thomas November 22, 2016 13:01 Hi. Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately, Service Center doesn't help. Battery 3 isn't showing up in the Overview pane, and the Activate pane says all products are activated. What do I need to do for Service Center to recognize that I have Battery 3 installed?

By the way, Battery 3 is installed just on its own in the Applications folder. I've also tried moving it into the Native Instrument folder where Battery 4 is located, but it doesn't seem to change anything.
