Versaworks has nothing to do with a PC60 (unless you know something i don't) any vector inc text can be cut buy the pc60 within a page set up in corel and the driver you require the roland pc60 driver a windows driver that shows up as a windows printer. Available here. Install the driver but don't know anything about win7 to xp compatibility. Set up a page say 575 wide 800 deep in corel and with in the driver (presumed you have 610 wide material) they have to match the driver has to be told whether to print only cut only or print and cut.

Any vector or text with a hairline or a line less than 0.01mm will be cut all else ignored should get you going.
